KACS Financial Aid Application Process
June 2009 Applicant completes KACS Admission Form and KACS Financial Aid Application - Based on the request, applicant may be asked to complete Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) for School Year 2008-09 with School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS).
June 30, 2009 KACS Admission Form and KACS Financial Aid Application are to be turned in to KACS. Applicants that are completing the PFS need to have their forms turned in at this time.
July 15, 2008 Comprehensive Fee due $250 if paid at this time. Fee will increase to $300 if paid on July 15, 2008 August 1, 2008.
July 11, 2009 KACS Finance Committee will send notification to parent of the award amount. Parents will have until July 25, 2008 to accept the award.
August 1, 2008 Comprehensive Fee due $300 if not paid on July 1, 2008 July 15, 2008.
July 25, 2009 Final day to accept award. If the award is not accepted by the applicant, the award will be distributed to other applicants.
August 1, 2009 August Payment of Tuition Due.
August 17, 2009 K – 9th Grade – First Day of School – Dismiss at noon.
August 20, 2009 September Payment Due.
September 20, 2009 October Payment Due.
October 20, 2009 November Payment Due
November 20, 2009 December Payment Due
December 20, 2009 January Payment Due
January 20, 2010 February Payment Due
February 20, 2010 March Payment Due
March 20, 2010 April Payment Due
April 20, 2010 May Payment Due (Final Payment)
Beginning September 1, 2009 and at the first of every month, any account past due will result in a temporary halt of educational services until the problem can be resolved.
